We are excited to announce a new offering at House of Om: Prenatal Yoga classes designed specifically for pregnant women in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters. Join us every Sunday from 16:30 to 17:30 for a gentle and supportive practice that nurtures both you and your growing baby.

Why Prenatal Yoga? Prenatal Yoga is a wonderful way to stay active and healthy during pregnancy. It helps expectant mothers connect with their changing bodies, alleviates common pregnancy discomforts, and prepares the body and mind for childbirth. Our classes are designed to support you through the unique and beautiful journey of pregnancy.

What to Expect: Our Prenatal Yoga classes are tailored to the needs of pregnant women in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters, focusing on:

  • Gentle Stretching and Strengthening: Safe and effective exercises to maintain strength, mobility and flexibility.
  • Breathing Techniques: Learn breathing methods that can help during labor and delivery.
  • Relaxation and Stress Relief: Learn to effectively calm the mind and reduce stress.

Why Join Us? Our experienced instructor Neha Verma, a mother of a young child herself, is a 300 hour certified Sivananda Yoga Instructor, as well as a certified prenatal yoga instructor. Neha had the unique opportunity of being able to apply everything she learned on herself while pregnant, giving her an in depth understanding of the journey expectant mothers go through. With a focus on personalized attention, we ensure that each class meets your individual needs and respects the changes your body is going through. We are dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment to all mothers to be. Whether you’ve never tried yoga before or have been practicing for years,  our Prenatal Yoga classes will offer you a peaceful sanctuary to bond with your baby and prepare for the journey ahead.

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable clothing that allows for movement
  • A water bottle to stay hydrated
  • A yoga mat (we also have mats available to rent at the studio)
