We kindly ask you to cancel classes no less than 6 Hours before the official start time of the class.
Please make sure to arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before the class starts as we lock the studio doors at the start time of the class for safety reasons and late arrivals will unfortunately not be permitted to enter and will be counted as no-shows.
Reformer Etiquette
For Reformer Pilates classes, grip socks are required for hygiene and safety purposes. If you are new to reformer Pilates, we strongly recommend attending a Beginner or All Levels class first to become familiar with the machine, movement principles, and setup before joining more advanced sessions.
In the Studio
- Please keep phones outside of the practice space or on silent mode
- No cups or open drinks allowed in class spaces
- Keep voices soft and mindful within the studio
- Respect Savasana and moments of rest
- Clean equipment after use where required
- Most importantly, always listen to your body and move in a way that feels supportive and safe for you
