Natasha deepened her knowledge and love for Yoga in Rishikesh, India.

Continuing her path as a Yogi, she not only applied what she learned to herself but also shared it with others. Showing up on her mat on good days and especially on bad days transforms her weaknesses into strengths. Natasha believes that through Yoga, bodies and minds can achieve anything if guided by breath and softness within, navigating the discomfort of each pose—a perfect metaphor for life. Her teaching style revolves around Vinyasa or any flow, from gentle to dynamic. Natasha enjoys challenging her students and herself in each class, encouraging them to step beyond their comfort zones and relish the sweet feeling of achievement after each practice.
