Jil Wengler House of Om

Jil

Meet Jil, our 4-beat Vinyasa yoga teacher. Influenced by Rocket, dance and music, she teaches a method that will uplift your soul

In Jil’s classes, influenced by over two decades of dance practice, you can expect to be given the opportunity to challenge yourself, to be playful and to learn to listen to your body in a continual flow. She teaches 4-beat yoga, started by Marucs Veda in London. The sequencing is based on Rocket yoga with the addition of 4-beat mixes which provide a sort of metronome to facilitate the synchronisation of the breath with the movement.

Her experience with the discipline of ballet, the expression and strength of jazz dance and the freedom of movement of Western contemporary dance add to the way she creates her yoga sequences and her love for movement informs the way she teaches.

The classes are open level and modifications such as adjustments are provided throughout class.

Natasha

Natasha deepened her knowledge and love for Yoga in Rishikesh, India.

Continuing her path as a Yogi, she not only applied what she learned to herself but also shared it with others.
