This 4-week course is designed for everyone, regardless of where you currently are in your journey. If you’ve ever wanted to master the splits, now is the time to make it happen!

What to Expect from the Course

Our program is carefully structured to guide you through each step of your journey towards the splits. Meeting once a week on Saturdays, each 90-minute session will be packed with exercises, techniques, and expert guidance to help you progress.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

  • How to Warm Up Properly: Learn good warm-up techniques and how to prepare your body for flexibility training to prevent injury and maximise your progress.
  • Hip Mobility: Improve your hip mobility with targeted exercises and drills designed to expand your range of motion.
  • Active & Passive Flexibility: Flexibility might not be what you think it is, it also takes a lot of strength! Discover the difference between active and passive flexibility and how to enhance both for better overall performance.
  • Proper Alignment and Technique: Avoid common mistakes and learn the correct techniques to safely and effectively perform splits.
  • Using Props to Make the Splits Accessible and To Deepen The Challenge: Props are a fantastic tool to help you gradually go deeper into the splits, but they are also very effective when it comes to strength building and active flexibility.
  • Understanding Your Limitations and Addressing Common Flexibility Challenges: Everyone has different flexibility challenges—discover yours and learn how to overcome them.
  • Support After the Course: We are here for you and will be following up with your progress after the course is over!
