Why Breathwork?

But with the right tools, you can learn how to regain balance and take a grip onto the things that seemed uncontrollable up until this point. Breathwork taps into the nervous system and the body’s natural ability to heal and self-regulate, helping you process stress in a healthy, sustainable way.

What You’ll Learn

Over the course of three seperate workshops, Anna will guide you through a series of breathwork exercises and mindfulness practices that will empower you to:

  • Understand how chronic stress affects your mind and body, and learn to channel stress into healthy, productive energy.
  • Learn how to use breath to return to a state of balance.
  • Develop a toolkit of breathwork and mindfulness practices that will help you increase your resilience to stress.
  • Work with science-backed techniques designed to soothe the nervous system, allowing you to access an inner place of calm, no matter the situation going on around you.

Throughout the workshop, you will explore a variety of breathwork techniques, each chosen for its ability to enhance your mental clarity, emotional balance, and physical well-being. These include:

  • Conscious Connected Breathing: A rhythmic breath that activates your body’s innate healing process.
  • Circular Breath: A continuous flow of breath to promote relaxation and emotional release.
  • Yogic Pranayamas: Ancient breathing techniques designed to bring the mind and body into harmony.
  • 3-Part Breath: A deep and mindful breath practice that connects the mind, body, and spirit.
  • Breathing Dysfunction Treatment: Exercises that target and correct unhealthy breathing patterns.

As an Inner Journey Facilitator and Space Holder, Anna T harnesses the power of breathwork, meditation, and embodiment practices to initiate deep personal transformation. Her approach is both empowering and gentle, guiding participants to reconnect with their true nature while fostering healing and growth. Anna’s work is rooted in her belief that breath is a bridge between the body, mind, and spirit—allowing us to come home to ourselves.

With her years of experience as a facilitator, Anna creates a safe, supportive space for exploration, change, and healing.
