Meet Your Instructor
Francoise, a professional contortionist and certified neuro-biomechanics for yoga teacher, with over 20 years of flexibility practice and experience across various circus disciplines (hoops, loops, pole, and straps), dance, and yoga (primarily Rocket and Dharma). She has been teaching since 2018 and currently holds regular classes at Venus Pole and Gymbox in London. She’s passionate about guiding students to move mindfully and achieve their flexibility goals in a safe and sustainable way.
