CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask you to cancel classes no less than 6 Hours before the official start of the class.
In the event of a late cancellation/ No Show, a €15 and €20 fee respectively is applicable on unlimited package holders.
Any class or workshop cancelled later than 6 hours before the official starting time will not be eligible for reimbursement or class credit.
DOOR LOCK POLICY
Please make sure to arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before the class starts as we lock the studio doors at the start time of the class for safety reasons and late arrivals will unfortunately not be permitted to enter and will be counted as no-shows.
