Morning Classes: Energize & Elevate with Guest teacher David
- Rocket Yoga
Kickstart your day with this dynamic, powerful practice that blends strength, flexibility, and breathwork. Get ready to fly! - Inversions & Arm Balances Workshop
Build your confidence and explore the playful side of yoga in this skill-focused session. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced yogi, you’ll learn techniques to take your practice upside down.
Afternoon Classes: Flow & Strength
- Barre with Alisha
A full-body workout that combines ballet-inspired moves with strength and endurance training. Expect to feel the burn! - Inside Flow in the Dark with Maura
This music-driven vinyasa class will feel like a party and have you moving in rhythm. We will bring out the glow sticks and the good vibes to end the day on the highest note!
You can choose to join us for the AM session, PM session, or commit to the Full Day experience—the choice is yours!
