Kelsey
Meet Kelsey, a dedicated yogi with 17 years of transformative experience, beginning in the misty ambiance of Seattle
Kelsey’s journey through various yoga styles—Iyengar, Vinyasa, Bikram, Yin, Kundalini, and Hatha—shaped a non-dogmatic teaching style. As a certified CorePower instructor and ERYT registered with Yoga Alliance, Kelsey combines the art of Yoga and music in Luxembourg. With expertise in power yoga, yoga nidra, and trauma-informed teaching, Kelsey’s classes, spanning over 3110 teaching hours, offer more than poses—they are a profound journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment for practitioners of all levels. Alisha
Meet Alisha, an internationally seasoned Barre & Pilates Instructor rooted in Luxembourg, Spain, and Germany.
With a background in professional dance, Alisha seamlessly combines feminine grace with dance-derived strength in her dynamic classes. Beyond the studio, her commitment to inspiring others shines through precision-focused and Pilates workouts, celebrating physical and mental well-being. Alisha’s classes are an immersive experience, blending finesse and resilience, leading participants through transformative journeys that foster a deep appreciation for their bodies. Fueled by dance energy, Alisha motivates individuals to embrace the joyous dance of femininity and strength in every movement, leaving an indelible mark on their holistic well-being.
Bojana
Meet Bojana, a 700-hour certified Yoga Teacher with expertise in Hatha, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Kids Yoga, and Kundalini Yoga.
Leading international yoga and wellness retreats, she focuses on personal transformation through Vinyasa classes that enhance strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Her well-rounded classes explore core strength, arm strength, hip opening, backbends, and standing balancing poses. Beyond Vinyasa and Hatha, Bojana specializes in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. Her mission is to help individuals discover beauty within and around them, fostering awareness, balance, and a deep mind-body-spirit connection through the transformative power of yoga.
Heleyde
Meet Heleyde, an avid Pilates student turned teacher!
Having discovered Pilates 10 years ago, Heleyde quickly became an avid student turned Mat Pilates teacher this year. Coming from Puerto Rico and living in the USA, North Africa and Europe with her family, she finds Pilates to be her anchor, her way of balancing her well-being in different environments and stages of life. And after suffering a debilitating back injury she concluded that the key to pain management and rehabilitation is without a doubt movement through Pilates. Her mat training and lower back pain management knowledge helps people find comfort in consistently moving again to improve their overall health. Heleyde is excited to help get people moving. There is nothing like a class of pilates to lift the mood!
Maura
Maura is a passionate yoga teacher and community builder from Luxembourg.
Yoga has been a significant part of her life, and her discovery of Inside Flow led her to fall in love with its heart-touching and modern style, combining music, fluid movement, and breath into creative sequences. She completed her teacher training at Inside Yoga and pursued advanced training in Inside Flow, Yin Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Personal Training, Thai Yoga Massage, and other anatomy immersion courses. She aims to create meaningful connections through touch, shared experiences, and storytelling. Maura’s mantra is to empower through yoga, intending to empower individuals to be and feel their best in mind, body, and heart.
Emilie
Meet Emilie, a certified yoga teacher with 500 hours of training and over six years of full time teaching experience.
Her yoga journey began in Cape Town, weaving through India and Indonesia before finding roots in Luxembourg. Emilie’s certifications span Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yin, combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). While versatile, her true passion lies in teaching dynamic vinyasa classes infused with lots of functional movement and arm balances/inversions. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in the concept of moving for longevity and in ways that challenge and bring you joy. Beyond teaching, Emilie takes on the role of studio manager at House of Om.
Laurence
Laurence is a certified Inside Yoga and Inside Flow teacher who explored various yoga styles before discovering her true passion in combining yoga with music.
For her, the fusion of movement, breath, and music creates a harmonious unity. Laurence emphasizes that the essence lies not in how it looks but in how it feels. Experiencing the flow state of mind, particularly through styles like vinyasa on beat or Inside Flow, brings her immense joy. She feels grateful to share this passion with her students, guiding them to recognize that the greatest teacher, the Maha Guru, resides inside themselves.
Liz
Encountering Pilates in university, Liz immediately fell in love with the post-session feeling, experiencing a significant improvement in fitness levels as a bonus.
This positive experience propelled her to delve deeper into the world of Pilates, and now, 24 years later, she finds herself teaching while continuously discovering new aspects of movement and her own body. Liz’s greatest motivation lies in witnessing others feel good and achieve their goals, considering it a winning combination. Beyond Pilates, she has a fondness for a good cup of coffee and an obsession with anything beneficial for the gut and the skin. If you happen to spot Liz at a coffee place, herbalist, or Lululemon, feel free to approach and say hi!
Dora
Meet Dora, a former professional dancer and movement lover currently teaching sports in the European School and barre, pilates and dance in her free time.
Dora has been living in Luxembourg for six years, working as a barre instructor and as a sports and dance teacher. She holds a degree in Physical Education and Sports Science from Aristotle University in Greece, a Master’s in Inclusive Physical Education, and is currently conducting Ph.D. research. Additionally, she has a barre and dance teaching diploma from the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing in London.
With 11 years of teaching experience, Dora’s passion for dance began at age three. In 2015, she co-founded a wheelchair dance group in Greece for people with disabilities, and from 2016 to 2018, coached gymnastics for the Special Olympics. She is dedicated to helping others feel strong and confident through movement and rhythm.
Isabelle
Meet Isabelle, Jivamukti teacher and owner of Exhale Yoga in Luxembourg, a pillar of the yoga community in Luxembourg
Isabelle is a certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher and founder of Exhale Yoga Luxembourg, where she also organizes global yoga retreats. With over 20 years of experience exploring yoga communities across the U.S., Africa, and Asia, she has built lasting connections with inspiring teachers and practitioners worldwide.
Inspired by a vision of bringing these connections together, Isabelle founded the Yoga Conference Luxembourg (YCL), launching its first edition in September 2023.

Meet Milica, a yoga, fitness, breathwork and dance teacher who will empower you on your journey
Milica’s journey into the mind-body-soul connection began on stage as an actor, where she first felt the profound interconnection between movement, emotions, inner and outer awareness. Over the years, this passion grew as she immersed herself in practicing and then teaching various forms of yoga, fitness, and meditation, around Europe, USA and UK. Her experiences span diverse styles; from Kundalini and Vinyasa yoga to Breathwork, Barre, Pilates, and Creative Arts for healing, all of which she weaves into her classes to create a holistic experience. Today, she shares her knowledge and guides others to explore their own depths, helping them connect with themselves in transformative ways. Three words that best describe her: intuitive, creative and empowering.
Katia
Katia is a certified Pilates instructor with a particular story and a deep commitment to wellness and self-care.
Born in Luxembourg with Portuguese roots, she discovered Pilates on a personal health journey. Initially seeking weight loss, she found a practice that balanced strength and calm, leading her to formal instructor training. What began as at-home workouts evolved into a passion; she became certified in Matwork Levels 1 and 2, Pilates for cancer, and pre/postnatal Pilates.
Combining traditional Pilates with fitness elements, her sessions are accessible and welcoming to all levels. With empathy and professionalism, she aims to make Pilates inclusive, empowering each student. Balancing a finance career, she designs classes that leave clients physically stronger and mentally refreshed.
