Autumn is a season of gathering and release — a time to harvest what we’ve nurtured and to gently let go of what no longer serves us. As the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, nature invites us inward. This practice is an opportunity to honor the abundance within and embrace the freedom that comes with surrender.

The Flow of the Evening
Doors open at 16:00, and we’ll begin by arriving slowly — sharing a cup of tea, soft conversation, and time to settle onto our mats with blankets and warm layers. Once the body is at ease, we’ll move into the heart of the practice.

Yoga Nidra (45 minutes)
A guided rest through body scan, breath awareness, and visualization. As you journey inward, the body restores itself and the mind releases layers of tension, inviting deep rest and renewal.

Sound Bath (45 minutes)
Surrender to the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments. These frequencies support deep relaxation and harmony, helping to balance the nervous system and settle the mind.

Integration
After the practice, we’ll close with tea and conversation — a gentle space to ground, reflect, and connect before returning to the world outside.

This session is open to all — no prior yoga or meditation experience needed. Whether you’re seeking rest, stress relief, or simply a pause in a busy season, this gathering offers space to slow down and reconnect.
