The Curriculum:
Foundation: Wrist warm-ups and conditioning.
Alignment: Drills for shoulder elevation and core compression to eliminate the “banana back.”
Safety: Exploring kick-up entries and safe exits because handstands are mainly a game of comfort and trust.
Application: Supportive partner work to feel the line, and techniques to integrate handstands into a dynamic flow.
Level: Open to all. Whether you are working on your first kick-up or refining your line, you will leave with a toolkit of drills to continue your journey at home.
