Whether you’re kicking up for the first time or refining your existing practice, you’ll learn how to build true ease, stability, and lightness through proper alignment and—most importantly—your breath.
You’ll explore how every shape, transition, and micro-adjustment becomes simpler when your breath leads the movement. You’ll learn to prepare on the inhale and move on the exhale, allowing your body to support you instead of fighting for balance.
In this workshop Alona will cover:
• Foundational alignment to make your handstand feel lighter and more sustainable
• How to breathe in a handstand without hesitation or holding
• Drills to create connection between the breath, core, and hands
• Wall work and free-space exercises adapted to every level
• Tools to help you understand what needs to be preserved as shapes begin to change
This workshop is open to all levels—everyone will be guided through progressions appropriate to their experience.
