We are so excited to welcome you into a cozy afternoon of movement, relaxation, and nourishing self-care. Our half-day retreat at House of OM is intended to gently reset your body and mind, offering a soft blend of energising practices, deeply restorative moments, natural skincare rituals, and comforting, wholesome food.

Together, we’ll slow down, reconnect, and create a warm space where you can unwind, restore, and feel truly taken care of. This is your invitation to pause, breathe, and enjoy an afternoon made just for you.

Your afternoon with us:

14:00 – 15:00 ~ Pilates (60 min)
We’ll begin with an uplifting Pilates class for strength and energy. Lead by Milica, expect dynamic movements, supportive guidance, and a bright start to your afternoon.

15:00 – 15:20 ~ Tea & Snack Break
Take a moment to settle in with a comforting cup of tea and nourishing snacks as we prepare for the next restorative practice.

15:30 – 16:30 ~ Restorative Yoga (60 min)
Let your body melt into softness as Milica will guide you through a deeply restorative yoga session. Supported poses, calming breathwork, and gentle stillness will help your nervous system unwind completely.

16:45 – 17:30 ~ Skincare Workshop with Laura (45 min)
We’re delighted to share a calming skincare ritual led by Laura, featuring Ringana’s fresh, natural products. You’ll learn a simple, nourishing routine to bring into your everyday self-care at home; an invitation to treat your skin with the same kindness you offer your mind and body.

17:30 ~ Dinner by Glow
We’ll finish the afternoon gathered around a wholesome dinner lovingly prepared by Glow, paired with refreshing kombuchas from The Happy Guts. A warm, nourishing close to our retreat time together.
