Learn to Fly this November!

Doriane is back with three uplifting workshops designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence as you explore the art of arm balances and inversions. Over the weekend, you’ll move through progressive sessions that blend dynamic flow, mindful technique, and creative transitions, all aimed at helping you find lightness, freedom, and joy in your practice. Whether you’re a beginner curious about balancing on your hands or an experienced yogi ready to refine your skills, this series is the perfect opportunity to grow, play, and fly.

The first workshop on Friday evening is a Preparation to Fly dynamic flow designed to improve flexibility and mobility, preparing your muscles and joints for flight. Expect playful sequences, partner work, and deep stretches that awaken your range of motion.

On Saturday afternoon, you’ll learn the mechanics and balance techniques behind arm balances and inversions. You’ll practice distributing your weight effectively, build confidence upside down, and discover that flying is all about technique, not strength.

Finish the weekend with Flying with Freedom – Hips, Heart & Balance. The Sunday afternoon will be about bringing it all together through creative transitions, open hips, and spacious backbends. This closing session combines flexibility and strength, helping you move with freedom and flow, both on and off the mat.
